作家コメント：
私の最近の絵は、少し前に見た場所、ずっと前に見て覚えている風景や想像上の場所に関連しています。
最初のアイディアはスケッチブック、写真、キャンバスにさっと描いた物などからです。
描き進むうちに絵は自己主張し始め、独自のアイデンティティを持ちます。
それは夢で見た場所のような雰囲気で、鮮明で情緒的であるが細部はぼんやりしています。
出来上がった絵は見る人を形と色の未知の世界へ招き入れ、雰囲気を感じさせます。

My recent pantings relate to landscapes seen, remenbered, and imagined.
The initial idea can come from a sketchbook page, a photograph, or marks on the canvas.
As work continues, the painting begins to assert itselfand assume its own identity.
It takes on the quality of a place seen in a dream: vivid and evocative , yet vague in the details.
The finished painting is an invitation to expolre an unfamiliar world of form and color and react to its mood.
